My mom's car kena bang again!
this time really is not our fault...
but.... in the end... we CAN'T claim anything!
now only realise so manythings of our country Malaysia!
1st, Pizza Hut.
the rider who ride motorcycle is from pizza hut company
he's in the rush to deliver the pizza
as you know they have to be fast as what the commercial said
and..... he din't notice our signal light and also ride too fast till tak sempat stop...
so.... BANG!!!!!!
gosh!! luckily he's not in big deal..
but my mom car.... kena gai gai!!!
the motor is dammmm keras till nothing happen on it!
it happen around 7.15p.m. of 20 Feb 2010
yes.. indeed the day when my dearest grammy passed away
and we ask the staff to call his company
the manager said that they are currently busy coz it's dinner time..
and said tht will call back in a moment
what the....
okay.. we wait for them to settle...
hey... it's obviously not our fault!!!!
7:30p.m. still don't have any feedback..
7:50p.m. yes.. they send another staff come.. but.... he just come and take the pizza... OMGGG!!
WTF! not even concern of the rider's injury? please la.... common sense k!
8:10p.m. the manager stil don't give a damm..!
8:30p.m. finally.. they call back.. guess what? they ask the rider to settle himself!
GOODNESS! izzit this is the attitude of pizza hut company?
at least you can please come and see the situation and care for your staff!
izzit want wait until he die only u concern?
i really can't stand of it already! it's wasting my time! !!
i call to pizza hut hotline no 1300-88-2525 and ask for the right...
9p.m. finally the manager come and show his face..
but in the end also din't pay for their fault..
the HQ told me that they will follow up the case with us tomorrow..
but till now not even a call..
and.. we go for police report..
cause the father of the rider is a police =.=
the dad is ok.. but his friend who also a police..
damm lansi.. u thought ur a police so what???
he said: pergi report police.. u mao dia ambil begitu banyak wang dia juga tak ada..!
please la.. if everyone said lidat then every accident also dun't need claim already luu..
if you are the one who kena bang will you say lidat?
and i inform him that the pizza hut motor is already break the rule..
cause it don't have the mirror!! and.. normally our kind police will 'saman' us for that rite?
know what he said? ' ini bagi police siasat. u tak payah kepo!'

this is the truth what i'd been through with the famous Pizza Hut and our police.
if you wanna say about law.. okay.. i say all with you..
